How to prevent it from turning yellow
Avoid treated water, as chlorine can discolor and shrivel it.
Don’t use cold or ice water either. Water it with room temperature and purified water.
If you have it in water, change it every 15 days to avoid stagnation.
If it’s on land, place some rocks on it to protect the ground.
Mist the leaves every 3 days for a healthy appearance.
If it is yellow from the trunk, cut the bamboo from the end that is green. Later, melt wax from a candle and cover with it the edge that you cut so that the plant does not rot anymore ; place it in a container with water and wait for it to recover its color.
